I am a citizen of Kenya born and brought up in Kiambaa sub-location of Kiambu county.
I schooled in Karuri Primary and later joined Kijabe High School for 2 years and did my O-levels at Magumu High School.

After high school I have joined a number of colleges including Gemanel Computer College and Bell Institute of Technology where I did basics in Information technology and advanced for a Diploma in Programming and Web design respectively.

I have taken various short courses in HIV/AIDS guidance and counseling as a Trainer of Trainers, Home based care, Resource Mobilization, Group dynamics, Quality assurance, Youth peer tutor, Community Mobilization, Child rights and protection and Conflict Management.

I founded a community Based Organization called Uhai Welfare Group in 2000 and which I have been director.
I was nominated as a Volunteer Children Officer in 2004 by the Kenya Government's Ministry of Gender and Children Affairs for Kiambaa Division to date.

Over the years, since 2002, I have been appointed in various Community leadership positions which include, a member of the Kiambaa Division Development Committee, Kiambu District Technical Committee, Kiambaa Constituency Aids Control Committee, Kiambu District Joint Aids Review Committee, Chairman Kiambaa Division Child Welfare Groups Steering Committee and the Kiambu District Child Labour Committee.

In the year 2012, after having worked as a volunteer for 12 years, I decided to seek an elective leadership position in the 2013 Kenya's General Election. By God's Grace I clinched the position of a County Representative for Karuri Ward. I am now an honourable member of the Kiambu County assembly for the next five years.
It has been my vision to contribute towards a world without suffering and this is now my full time preoccupation for now.

I am currently furthering my studies at Mount Kenya University doing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Governance.
