My Vission

My Vision is that everybody in Karuri Ward will live a just and fulfilled life.

My mission is to fight all forms of poverty and injustice within Karuri Ward.

Objectives:
One of my objectives is to change the face of Karuri Ward and its residents by making it an attractive Ward for investors and investments.
Within the furthest extent of my capabilities, including using my energy, wisdom and the authority the people of Karuri have bestowed on me, I will work towards reviving their hopes and aspirations that there are great unexploited potentials within our ward.
I will endeavor to prove to the people that the lies, hypocrisy, corruption and false promises that they have endued from leaders can change to honesty, accountability and momentous growth in lives and livelihoods.
That we all have equal favour, entitlements and opportunities of living a joyful life.
That everything is not lost and there is still hope even among the poor and jobless, the alcoholics and the drug addicts, the street children, the single mothers, the physically challenged and the aged. There still exists a bright future, and we have every reason to hope to live it in a positive way.
I will work hard in the fight against the age old barriers that have stood on our way to social economic empowerment. Alcoholism, drugs abuse, oppression, corruption and all other ills will remain my enemy at all times.
Secondly, I will work hard towards eradication of poverty in our ward. That none of us should live in abject poverty. That of all else, everyone of us shall have enough to eat, feed their children and take them to school. This will entail providing all our people with opportunities to generate income by;
  • Exploring, lobbying, seeking and developing opportunities for the jobless persons to generate income.
  • Using my leadership position to guide and lead the fight against retrogressive vices that hinder development.
  • Lobby and propagate for a conducive environment for investments and doing business.
I will represent my people in the Assembly by demanding from government,  that we deserve good roads, adequate clean water and all the welfare services that it provides to citizens.
I will vigorously propagate within the law, for the enjoyment of our rights, our rightful share and entitlements, with our eyes sharply open and focused to any acts of corruption and discrimination that might deny us quality and prompt services.

We must however never forget that, government's input in our lives is very minimal, More than 80% of our lives and livelihoods squarely rests in our hands.
We must therefore work hard on our part to accomplish in our lives that which the government can not or has failed to provide for us.
Because, by the end of the day, its not the government but ourselves and our children who will feel the pangs of hunger, joblessness, insecurity and disease.
